Sundial Beach Resort Amenities

Special note regarding Sundial Resort amenities:  Our Sundial Beach Condominiums offer private condo rental with condo association amenities of 4 pools onsite, gas BBQ grills, wireless internet, shuffleboard; all these amenities are available to all at any time at no charge. Resort Package adds one more pool with waterslide and poolside bar and grill, tennis courts (fee for play), fitness center (fee), Jacuzzi, onsite restaurant and children’s activities (fee for some). Resort package can be purchased for $25 per day per adult, 3 day minimum. No charge for children under 18 but they must be accompanied by an adult to Resort activities or restaurants. 
Of course, we also offer many extra amenities with our own condos such as beach chairs, pool noodles, sand toys, bikes in B407, DVDs, games, videos, books.  Our condo retreat is a very relaxing and stress free vacation paradise. 
Sanibel Recreation Center also offers fitness programs, aquatics, tennis, etc., see "links" page for web link with visitor fees and programs.

Our condos are located in Sundial Beach Resort, a full service resort featuring:

Five Beachside Swimming Pools, one featuring waterslide and poolside bar and grill (may be additional charge to use Sundial Resort pool effective July 1, 2007); other 4 pools are free and open to all.

Outdoor Jacuzzi (may be fee to use, effective July 1, 2007)

Gas BBQ grills on site (free to all)

Over 1/2 mile of uncrowded beach frontage (and you can walk the beach for miles!)

12 Tennis Courts & Pro Shop (may be fee to use, effective July 1, 2007); other tennis courts nearby at Beachview Golf and Tennis Club

Bike rentals available nearby (we furnish two adult bikes with Sundial B407).

Golf at nearby Beachview or Dunes Golf Clubs

Fitness Center (may be fee for access, effective July 1, 2007)

Recreation Programs for all ages (may be fee to use, effecitve July 1, 2007)

Outdoor poolside bar & grill ((may be fee to use, effective July 1, 2007)

Shuffleboard (free to all)

On-site restaurant (may be fee for access, effective July 1, 2007)
