Need a vacation but our condo's are booked? Or you need a larger unit or have a favorite complex or location on the islands?

We can check current availability and provide rates for all the rental properties listed there.  Contact us for unit descriptions, rates, and availability, then when you're ready we can reserve your choice for a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) credit card or check deposit.  You'll receive written confirmation from owner's agency after your deposit is recorded, as well as in check-in information, where to pick up keys, when balance is due (normally 3 weeks prior to arrival), cancellation policy, etc.   Optional cancellation insurance is available on most properties. There are a lot of nice accommodations out there that don't have web exposure, and we can arrange them for you at owner direct prices though our network database of owners and friends. We'd be happy to help you sift through the maze of accommodations and help you find something perfect for your vacation on our favorite island!

We have access to online availability checks and reservations - we can check availability immediately for the rental of choice and reserve or hold it for you realtime!  We're here evenings and weekends!
